What happens today, and what should happen instead. The first reply says whether it fits a fixed-scope project, or what it would need to fit. If it does not fit, the reply says that too.

Book a 30-minute call
Choose «A 30-minute call» in the form and the reply comes with a proposed time. On the call we look for the point where work passes from one program, or one person, to the next and stops there. By the end there is a next step: proposal, diagnostic, or not work for Draypec.
What happens next

A person reads it. The request goes straight to the person who will reply. It is never added to a list and no automatic emails follow.

The reply comes within one working day. If the call was chosen, the reply brings a proposed time.

The company decides. The next step is a proposal with a fixed scope and one price in writing, or a paid diagnostic of a few days with a written report the company keeps. Nothing goes ahead unless it makes sense.
