About
An agency that started in a factory
Before the name and this website there was a factory, a store that did not exist yet, and years of data locked inside an accounting system. The work came in the order the problems came: first selling, then orders, then production, then the warehouse.
“An order came in at one place, someone copied it to another, and the warehouse confirmed on paper. Software came in to close one gap at a time.”
What Draypec is
Draypec is a digital and AI agency based in Portugal. We work with small and medium-sized companies in Portugal and Spain, remotely and on site, in Portuguese and in English. We design, build and connect the online store, the website, the emails to customers, the internal software and the automation between systems. AI comes in where a routine can read a document and prepare the work for a person to approve. One agency answers for all of it, from the first call to the day the team starts using it.
Why it exists
Our mission is to help Portuguese small and medium-sized companies digitise and use AI across the whole business, in a way that is accessible, agile and effective, with projects sized for a smaller company.
How we work
- Ownership
- Whoever designs it builds it. There is no account manager and no subcontractor between the company and the person doing the work.
- Method
- AI is how we build. It comes in where it removes work done by hand or helps a decision, and a person approves what it prepares.
- Approval
- The team decides when something goes live. Nothing is switched on in the company's systems without that yes.
- Limits
- Every proposal says who does the work, who approves it and where Draypec's responsibility ends.
Where the proof comes from
Draypec grew out of one company: Plurifil, a Portuguese manufacturer of car-care products. Each system was built because someone there needed it, and each one is still in use.
At Plurifil, software Draypec built is in daily use in four places: the online store, the internal ERP for orders, stock and margin, the factory‑floor system with a tablet on each production line, and the picking app that checks every item by barcode before the parcel leaves.
35 user accounts in nine roles, counted in the database on 3 August 2026, and 3,461 automated tests counted in the code the same day.

- Branding or social media on their own, without a store, a site or software behind them
- Projects with no agreed end
- Promises of sales, traffic or conversion numbers
Who is accountable
Duarte Raposo founded Draypec after building the four Plurifil systems. He is on every project himself, from the first call to the 45 days after launch.
