Digital and AI agency for SMEs.
Draypec builds the store, the website and the software the office works in, and has AI read the orders someone still retypes by hand. Someone at the company signs off on what AI prepares.
The order arrives by email, AI prepares the draft and a person signs it.
Orders, stock and purchasing on one screen, with the purchase suggestion already worked out.
The customer pays with MB WAY and the certified invoice goes out in the same step.
What changes in one system shows up in the other, and any link that fails stays visible.
Whoever leaves a cart gets an email, and the purchase that follows is recorded.
A quote request from the website goes straight to whoever will answer it.

Measured, designed and fitted. The quote arrives within two working days.
Built by Draypec and in use at a Portuguese factory.
Plurifil: store, ERP, factory and warehouse

Have an approved AI funding project?
In Portugal, 2,856 AI projects were approved under the “IA nas PME” line of the recovery plan. What each application describes still has to be built and put to work on time. Draypec delivers the project; the application and eligibility stay with the company’s consultant.

Online store and ERP: how to stop retyping orders
The store is linked to the ERP without replacing either: the certified invoicing program stays, and every order leaves it with the document issued. Before any technology, decide in writing who owns each piece of data, and send integration errors to a visible queue that someone reviews every morning.
Digitising an SME with a warehouse: the right order
Start with master data (products, customers and prices in order), then sales, then the links between sales and the warehouse, then the warehouse floor, and only at the end AI. That is the order Plurifil, a Portuguese company, followed; its ERP had 35 user accounts in nine roles on 3 August 2026. Reversing the steps turns months into years.
AI in SME operations: where to start
Start where work passes between systems: orders that arrive by email and get retyped by hand, documents someone sorts manually. That is where AI gives hours back to a small company, with a person approving every entry. Prices, purchase orders and legally required invoicing come later, and the result is measured in hours returned per week.
Common questions
All questionsDoes Draypec publish prices?
No. The rule is public: a fixed scope and one price, in writing, in the proposal, before anything is built.
We already have an ERP. Will Draypec replace it?
No. Invoicing and accounting stay in the certified software the company already uses, whether Primavera, PHC, Sage or any other.
If AI does everything, why would we need an agency?
AI makes a person who knows the work much faster. It does not know which routine to automate, which one to leave alone, or what to check before trusting a result.
Does AI write to our systems without anyone checking?
No. In every routine Draypec builds, AI prepares and a person approves before anything is saved in the company's systems.
Where does work get stuck?
It starts with a 30-minute call: what happens today and what the first step would be. Before anything is built there is one page with scope, dates and price.
What Draypec does not take on: standalone branding or social media, development with no end date, and guarantees of sales, revenue or traffic.
